Leading Keppel Volunteers, a company-wide ground-up volunteer movement, has been a very meaningful and fulfilling experience. I enjoy engaging with different groups of beneficiaries, driving new initiatives and at the same time, doing good with fellow Keppelites. Through various volunteering activities, I had the opportunity to see how volunteerism instills a culture of altruism, inspiring Keppelities to give back to the less fortunate, creating a ripple effect of kindness and generosity in communities we operate in.
My experience at Keppel as a Project Liaison Manager goes beyond just a job—it's about being part of a mission to create environmentally sustainable solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork. Working in Singapore offers me the chance to engage in groundbreaking projects, develop our operational capabilities, and create cross-cultural synergy that enhances personal growth and fosters diversity in innovative solutions. My Keppel journey began with the Keppel Associate Programme. As a fresh graduate, I was fortunate to learn from a broad spectrum of experiences from deepening my skills in Investment and Asset Management to the opportunity to work with colleagues across diverse cultures globally. Keppel also provided a nurturing environment where I can learn from some of the best-in-class professionals from different fields of expertise. Beyond that, the culture empowers me to take charge of my own development and contribute in meaningful ways back to the community.
