Real estate for
sustainable development

Today, more than half of the global population lives in urban areas and is projected to increase to around two thirds in 2050. As cities become more crowded, diverse, and dynamic, the demand for different types of real estate assets are also changing. Some of the emerging trends include the growing demand for vibrant and sustainable workspaces, quality student accommodation, well-appointed senior living facilities, and more. With an eye on the future, we invest in a diverse range of real estate worldwide, adding value to our assets with strong operator capabilities.
