KSURF

Delivering sustainable returns with an APAC focus

KSURF is a real estate private fund that seeks to implement “brown to green” decarbonisation, sustainability and urban renewal strategies in key Asia Pacific gateway cities.

Leveraging Keppel’s extensive real estate developer and asset manager experiences, deep operational and building engineering capabilities, coupled with infrastructure, clean and renewable energy businesses, we aim to create value for investors and play our part to drive the decarbonisation of the global built environment by implementing retrofitting strategies to turn older buildings into green and future-proofed assets.

With ESG at the heart of KSURF’s investment strategy, we aim to create enduring value for our stakeholders through Environmental Stewardship, Responsible Business practices and nurturing our People and the Communities. The KSURF strategy on achieving financial returns are strongly focused on addressing climate change by investing in commercial, living, life sciences, hospitality and logistics assets in a responsible manner and integrating ESG in our investment decisions.

We integrate best practices across the life cycle of the assets, from deal origination to deal execution and asset management. Prior to each investment, the Investment Manager will conduct a rigorous due diligence of all relevant ESG issues by engaging external and established advisers.

KSURF is aligned with Keppel Ltd’s sustainability management framework. As a participant of the United Nations Global Compact, Keppel Fund Management & Investment (“FM&I”) is committed to the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, which include human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
