The Gas Management System is an online platform that allows Keppel Gas customer to log in to carry out their nominations. Customers are allocated a unique ID and password to access the system on a daily basis to input their gas demand for the following day. Based on nominations, the system will automatically push the information to the gas transporter for scheduling purposes/system balancing.
This Gas Retailer Handbook serves as a guide to eligible Natural Gas (Gas) customers who are current or future offtakers of Gas from the Distribution Networks in Singapore for the application for supply, connection, turn-on and turn off of Gas. It covers the procedures, requirements and relevant forms for existing and new gas customers looking at gas connection and supply, switching of Gas Retailer, or addition, or cessation, and alteration works for expansion projects.
