The township, which can eventually yield up to 5,400 homes, augments the Company’s existing portfolio of more than 78,000 homes in township developments across Asia, including China’s rising second tier cities Tianjin, Wuxi and Chengdu. The township is situated in the core area of Shenbei New District, 15km away from Shenyang’s city centre. With a master planned area of 270 sq km, Puhe New Town will be the first comprehensive zone to be developed in Shenbei New District.
