The site will be developed into a residential township supported by complementary commercial components. Commanding a 900-m frontage along the 400-m wide Hun River and additional frontage along an 80-m wide river tributary flowing into the Hun River, the new waterfront site is located in the Hunnan New District outside the Second Ring Road and a 20-minute drive from the city centre. It is also a 25-minute drive to the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, the largest capacity and busiest airport in Northeastern China.
