One of the Keppel Land Indonesia’s residential projects with the Garden Resort concept, The Wisteria Cakung has recorded a success sales in the first phase. This project has gained overwhelming responses that exceeded the target, with more than 160 requests from a total of 141 units offered.
The Cakung Wisteria project was first widely announced to the public on October 17, 2019, through the Cakung Wisteria pre-launching event. After that, for approximately 1 month, the NUP (Purchase Order Number) are collected by prospective Wisteria customers. Wisteria Phase 1 sales ended on December 8, 2019.
