Riviera Point to meet the demand for quality homes from aspiring homeowners

Phase 1A, which topped up in December 2013, will redefine the city skyline when completed in 2015.

Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), 25 February 2014 – In keeping with Keppel Land's commitment to meet the demand for quality homes, aspiring homebuyers seeking quality well-located properties that bear the Keppel quality hallmark can look forward to a new flexible payment scheme at Riviera Point.

From March 2014, potential homebuyers of Riviera Point will be able to own a home with a 50% downpayment and the remaining amount paid over two years with no interest. This "Move in with 50% payment" flexible payment scheme follows the success of a similar campaign at The Estella (District 2), Keppel Land's joint venture condominium project with Tien Phuoc, as well as Riviera Cove (District 9), a waterfront villa development with Hung Phu.

Situated along the 40-metre wide Ca Cam River, Riviera Point is a 15-minute drive to District 1 and is well-connected to other districts via Phu My Bridge. Residents can look forward to family-friendly facilities including the sky garden, leisure pool, children's playground, barbeque pits, fitness corner as well as a gym and tennis court. Residents can also enjoy the amenities at the Phu My Hung Township, which is just five minutes away.

Families with school going children will also appreciate the development's proximity to many international schools including the British Vietnamese International School as well as the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Medical facilities are also within reach at the Franco-Vietnam Hospital.

Riviera Point, jointly developed by Keppel Land and Tan Truong, has also achieved a new milestone in the construction of Phase 1A of the residential development. Comprising 539 exquisite residences, the three residential towers in Phase 1A was topped up in end of December 2013.

The topping out signifies the placing of the last beam at the top of the tower, which also refers to the overall completion of the building's structure. With the latest milestone, construction for Phase 1A of Riviera Point is progressing well on track for completion in 2015.

The entire waterfront development, to be developed in phases, consists of a total of 2,099 units spread across 12 residential towers. When completed, Riviera Point will be the tallest development in District 7.

Mr Doan Anh Hung, General Manager of Keppel Land in Vietnam, said, "Despite the challenging market conditions, both Keppel Land and Tan Truong are committed to complete Phase 1A of Riviera Point on time and safely. We are confident that Riviera Point with its quality fittings and finishes, and well-served with a wide range of facilities and amenities, will continue to see demand from homebuyers seeking well-located quality residences.
